The menu is California cuisine at its finest. It’s fresh, seasonal and offers interesting flavor juxtapositions. The incredibly designed display kitchen is like a work of art. The cool grey glass allows you to watch the busy action as you dine creating an atmosphere that’s stimulating, calm and collected all at the same time. There is an odd beauty about seeing into the kitchen. As a voyeur its not exactly like looking into a terrarium, but more like a painting in a museum that lives and breathes.
